Welcome to our FAQS page! You have questions, we have answers! We decided to make it a little easier for you and answer some of the most common questions from online shoppers. We update our site often, so feel free to send us any unanswered questions!

Shipping 

How long will it take my items to be delivered?

Free Shipping will be processed within 3 business days of your order. Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. You can also keep an eye out for your delivery by logging into your account.

Do you have the option of express shipment?

Yes! Express mail items will be processed within 1-2 days of your order. Shipping usually takes 1-2 business days. Duties may be applied to orders by shipping carrier. Signature is required upon delivery

Why hasn't my package arrived yet?

Delivery time of purchased items depends on your chosen shipping method. A tracking number will be assigned once your order is ready to ship. Check your account to see your order status and tracking details, including expected delivery date.

Where do I pickup my order?

Pickup your items from our store. 305 E Trinity Ln, Suite 106, Nashville, TN 37207. We are open from 2PM-7PM Saturday & Sunday, and weekdays by appointment. Text 615-422-LIST for order instructions. Items must be picked up within 30 Days of Order!

 

Ordering and Payment

Do I have to set up an account to shop? 

You do not need to create an account to shop with us. Customers can purchase our products as a "Guest", and your personal information will not be saved for future purchases. It will mean, however, that this information will need to be re-entered for each subsequent order until an account is created.

How long will it take for my order to process?

Orders will be processed within 48 business hours of credit card authorization (not including holidays). 

Can I cancel my order? 

We strive for our customers to receive their orders as quickly and accurately as possible, because of this, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. After you have received your order, you can exchange it. 

What kind of payments are accepted? 

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, PayPal, and Store Credits issued from The List.

How can I find out about special offers and promotions?

When you create an account with us, you can choose if you would like to receive email updates about future offers and promotions. You can also follow our social media. 

Am I able to combine more than one coupon or promotion in the same order?

We want you to have the best shopping experience, however we do not accept more than one coupon or promotion for one order. We strive for happy customers, so all of our promotions/discounts are reasonable and price worthy.
