Refund and Exchange Policy

The List does not issue refunds, only store credit.

 You must contact us by email at: within 24 hours. Items must be shipped out within the next business day. Items must be unworn and unwashed. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on jewelery.

Items must have all The List tags attached.

Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.

You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to The List. Failure to do so may result in your order not being processed for return.

We reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
